2012 Summer Information & Tuition
Schedule
1) A $45.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and reserve your place in the program and will be credited to your tuition. Deposit is due by May 21st 2012. Balance is due on the first day of your classes the week of June 4th 2012. Please make your check or money order payable to: SCOTTSDALE SCHOOL OF BALLET. Attach your check to the registration form and mail or drop it by our studios.
2) A $25.00 fee will be assessed to all returned checks. All Tuition is non-refundable with the exception of serious illness or injury and is pro-rated only for classes missed. A written request with a doctors notice of illness / injury will be required prior to issuing a refund.
3) Classes and schedule are subject to change. A minimum of 5 registered students are required per class or class will be subject to cancellation or combined class. Detailed schedule will be available the first day of classes.
